The $18,000 Fleet Kit That Taught Me to Stop Buying 'Best' and Start Buying 'Fits'

That's the part most buyers miss. They want the 'best' product. What they actually need is the product that fits the job. I've rejected enough first deliveries to know that the hard part isn't finding the most popular item. It's writing down what 'good' looks like before you buy.
